HOW DOES JAXBAN SHIP?

We place a high value on timely delivery! There is joy in anticipation, but we don’t want to keep you waiting too long.

As a result, we begin processing your order as soon as we receive payment.

We will pre-assemble your bike and deliver it to our shipping partner, who will send you an e-mail with a shipping confirmation once they have picked up your bike.

This shipping confirmation will include the exact delivery date, which is usually the next day. There is enough time to plan the first tour!

We have designed a rather ingenious system for shipping bicycles that makes them nearly impervious to damage in transit. On very rare occasions, though, such damage can occur. Please note that if damage occurs to your bicycle in shipping, we must file the claim on our end. You MUST keep all original packaging. Please contact our customer support with any questions about how our complete bikes are shipped!

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES

All orders received before 2 p.m. CST will be processed the same day. Our forwarding agent will pick up the bike the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will generally be processed and shipped out the next business day. Bicycles are delivered within 5-7 working days. Special and cargo bikes can take up to 15 days to arrive. The bicycle is completely assembled and delivered directly to the front door. All times are in terms of working days. Weekends and holidays cause delivery times to be extended accordingly.

WHAT HAS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN ACCEPTING THE SHIPMENT?

Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt and check whether it is complete and flawless. Our shipping partners are real professionals. If this is exceptionally not the case, please inform the driver of the forwarding agent directly. The damage must be noted on the delivery note so that a liability claim can arise. 

Of course, you don’t have to worry – our goods will be shipped insured! 
If there are unexpected problems, we will take care of a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

After all, the anticipation of your bike should have been worth it!

Therefore, you should ideally keep the shipping box until the end of the right of return to make it easier to return and not have to request a new box for $25.

Delivery within the US & Canada takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment with FedEx. Free Shipping for all orders above $500.

Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like weather-related delays. If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we’ll contact you via email.

Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12:00 CST in order to guarantee same-day shipment and next-day delivery.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via UPS Express Saver and DHL Express. Both options are insured and trackable.

We currently accept international orders from the following countries: 

1. From an order value of $600.00 and a delivery to this country, higher shipping costs seem high due to the exceeded insured value. These are calculated and displayed during the ordering process.
2. The delivery is exclusive of VAT. In addition to the shipping costs calculated by JaxBan.com, there are usually additional import costs. This is usually the national sales tax and applicable import duties
